Pf is not there for employees it's only available for staff. Salary for employees is too low . Overtime allowance is too low as compared to other companies.

1. So much politics 2. Bad working culture 3. No job securities 4. Fake commitments 5. Favourism & Lobbying Very bad company Looks like MNC, but not a true MNC culture,everytime employees resigns from there & no one wants to comeback.

Sigma company is good for career but system of company is totally political so I don’t like.

Bad place to work like Yes boss culture . Job security is not good. Internal politics. Slow promotion and minimum increments.
