Salary you will get on time and may be you can get a good team to work You can work for a year a so to learn something but that too incase you are not getting better opportunities or no options left Parking you may get for free and free tea and coffee twice a day for one hour

BOND(that too with hefty sum of 3 lakh for 3 year ) I had to pay since i left before 3 year Not very good with there policies they can modify whenever they want so employees will not have anything to challenge against the policy Not a employee centric company No additional benefits other than medical insurance No innovation Admin team will talk to you like you are working as a labour in a company worst team.

It's a very good opportunity if you get job in sify at your career starting as a network engineer. Since it is a ISP you would get more knowledge on different vendor devices like Cisco, juniper, fortigate, huwai., HP.... Coming to job security I am giving the assurance that you will never fired until you leave by your self. Working culture team coordination knowledge transfer are the major advantages in sify technologies. You never expect any hikes but there is a good chance to get hike if your performance is fabulous. Sify is a qualification for network engineers. If you are the employ of sify you would get more opportunities out there like TCS, CSS Corp, HCL, your resume is easily short listed

I can't say it is a dislike but coming to hikes and salary packages are some what dispoints you. But by having experience in sify you would get more chances compare to others

Can be very helpful in learning new skills and personal career development. Complete corporate Medical insurance. My managers and team are excellent. Got to feel lucky for that.

Dislikes

Worst work life balance, as they will ask everything in urgent. No salary hikes, even promotions are very rare and no use of it though, because no hikes will there. They say company is not doing good, but will invest huge amount in infrastructure and other things. Even freshers are getting more salary than 6+ years experienced here.

Management only support few senior engineers, they won't take care about GET AND NEW ENGINEERS WE MADE A COMPLAINT ABOUT ONE SENIOR WHO Torturing THE 48 ENGINEERS BECAUSE OF THIS GUYS ONE ENGINEER Died EVEN WE MADE MANY COMPLAINTS ALSO THEY ARE NOT TAKING ACTION ABOUT THAT GUY.
