... of the projects 2. HRs are never available when you actually need their help 3. Salary growth is very very poor 4. Most of the projects are less staffed for cost cutting purpose hence working for 10-12 hours or more is norm 5. Relocation policy is so bad. They give 12k on the name of relocation bonus plus you have to pay for the accommodation for which reimbursement will be given later. But how employ will pay 40k+ for accommodation in th first place? :( 6. Management only care about getting their work done 7. Shift allowances went for a toss during pandemic. 8. Not recommended if you want good career growth

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .
