New joiners be careful, they will hire you for good package but once their job is done, you will be fired immediately with nonsense reason. Their HR recruiter has no idea for what position you are hired ( Jaya todi, ayushi agrawal, Polomi). Don't apply for this group stay away stay safe. Company has no clear policy. Once a Babu company will always remain Babu company.

Salary and Appraisal both are very terrible. Growth is terrible. Salary preference is fully biased not on basis of qualification or experience for the newbie or the beginners.

Not have any job security whatever designation u have. 2nd thing is 8 month of provision periods. They deducted your EL without informing you. they hold salaries. Management do whatever they want. They not treat all employees in same way. And lots of things are not good in this plant.
