Complete fraud consultancy, it's a target based job, no work environment, job security, salary slip, nothing. They provide fake experience to candidates in order to provide job. Environment: TLs will treat you like shit, make fun of you, your work, appearance, etc. Hygiene: Totally unhygienic. There are mosquitoes, cockroaches, mouse, insects running on the table/workstation. Salary: No salary slip, nothing. If you take any leave except PL your salary will be deducted, even if you're 5 mins late they'll cut your salary and if you go to manager or owner to talk about it they'll simply dismiss you or will say 'I'll see that later' Terrible consultancy to work in.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
