the way sheenlac paints made employee fool in giving salary and perks.

Management is in total mess,horrible and exploits its employees. During joining they commit to give the desired salary but after joining they take u turn and give salary of there choice as I had got there appointment letter where my salary was discussed but when they reambursed it was shocking amount. Company did not had any policy and vision especially in sales and more pathetic is the conservative old people sitting at the top of administration of sales dept who lack farsightness and basic idea of channel sales. Although I had left ths company and still waiting for my full and final settlement after 03 months and very interesting is they don't receive call for final settlement nor they give any reply via mail.please stay out of such thug and exploited organisation if you are job seekers.

...rocess is very good and conducted through online and the response was very good. At the time of final discussion everything was good joining date and salary discussions etc. Once the final discussion over results came the very next day I got selected and completed all the joining formalities and collected my offer letter through mail. Every process is conducted in neat and professional manner
