The standard of work is absolutely pathetic, with no structure, professionalism, or learning opportunities. The senior-level management is not only excessively egoistic but also utterly disinterested in the growth of articles. They assign only repetitive, low-quality audit tasks, which are carried out without any standardization or proper process. Once the work is assigned, they completely forget about it, leaving articles to fend for themselves without guidance or clarity. The firm’s client base is laughably small, consisting solely of private companies with turnovers under ₹50 crores, offering zero exposure to significant or challenging work. To make matters worse, the firm only handles audit work, providing no diversity in tasks or opportunities for learning about other domains like taxation. This makes the work environment stagnant and uninspiring, leaving no scope for professional growth or development. It's a complete waste of time for anyone seeking meaningful experience in their articleship

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
