A great company to start your career. Learning is great. Which so ever profile you get hired for, you are going to master that field with the amount of work done and with the anount of knowledge you will received for the particular field. It acted as a core of my career. And I still getting benefited from what I learnt in wipro.

Dislikes

Work pressure is too much. They pay less and expect everything to be done by you. Work life balance is not good. Shift hours were 10 hours with reporting time being half an hour earlier. Used to spend almost 11 hours at work a day.

... and in just 1 day 100rs are done because food prices in canteen are highest....from second day we have to pay from salary ......even if we want to leave the company its tooo hard because we have to serve 2 freaking months notice period and most of the companies want immediate joining and mostly they will wait for 20 days maxx......we are regretting joining this company soooooo fre.aking muchhh worst decision of my life........me(male) and my female friend both joined together and employees here are the most perve.rt people ever don't know the content that they review made them like this or what God knows but....every single guy here waiting for a chance of any female employee comes on floor so they hit on her and keeps peeping on her and every day making women uncomfortable even make her cry with that perver.t.ness.....sooo soo hurt joining here I advise people to stay away from the worst Wipro by the way I work in meta Libra hyderabad mindspace 12 d 3rd floor please take time and search for a good company and stay away from the toxic Wipro.....

Working at Wipro as an Associate feel really proud and I really glad to have a great opportunity to work in MNC like wipro and I hope that this experience will be helpful for my rewarding career.

Dislikes

The fact is Wipro give a less Salary and provide lot of benefits with job security. I personally feel that giving less pay as compared to other MNCs is a negative things.

Likes

The company culture, the people (colleagues and team leads) are good. It doesn't stay the same if you go up the hierarchy. Job security is quite a big factor why everyone is sticking here.

Dislikes

You need to work for atleast 1.5 years (18 months) to get promoted. They pay the least in the market and the increment in salary doens't even beat inflation. Even if you work very hard for the non sensical data points, they will drive you insane by the time you come to realise that you've lost a part of yourself. 0 Work satisfaction. Mostly filled up with non-ambitious people who do not have any intention or interest in making any considerable change in the society or the world. The world these people live in revolve around the non-sense data points which are always rigged against you such that you do the most amount of labour thinking the lowest of yourself, not if but when, you are unable to achieve them.

The support system is good and the managers and team leader also good.

Dislikes

The salary is also less, the shift timings are 10:30. In that too if I am late by even 1 minutes then I don't get DSI. The target increases every month and whatever is put in the plan is also difficult. If there is some problem then work from home not allowed. Every time he keeps fearing that he will put me on the action plan.
