Salary timing is not confirmed ..Even though it is possible that you will not get a monthly salary if it is highly salary person. Job timing is not even confirm..You have to stay 5-6 or more hrs extra as per the work without getting any benefits..Rude and helpless HR department ..They will not take any mails from your side seriously. No office culture ..No other office atmosphere. Worst experience. It is better to get a new job rather having a increment (2-3%) highest. For pune office , nothing is here to entertain yourself..Even you have to pay for you tea and snacks expenses. Eagerly waiting for any change. Now the candidate is smarter and will think about it before coming here. Thanks

Everything is worst here .Pune office is in 1BHK flat in residential area. No parking security. There is a playground in front of the house..Very noicy and dusty all the day.

No salary hike, not receiving salary on time, no proper response from admin team Tamil Nadu, If you are well knowledged andexperienced you are not qualified to work in SHAH TECHNICAL CONSULTANT, Vellore. If you doesn't care about salary and you wish to spend time for 8 hrs/day Vellore STC will match your criteria.

Company culture is very bad. Management is very poor. Not provided salary timely more delayed. Work management is not suitable for engineering work life style.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Over all good experience if you are determine to do the provided job post, No technical solution provided from company its totally depends upon your senior and your knowledge

Client and team satisfaction is strongly needed otherwise you kicked out ,one month salary is always on hand you will get first salary after 2 month. You have to move in another project within a short period for appraisal.
