Salary timing is not confirmed ..Even though it is possible that you will not get a monthly salary if it is highly salary person. Job timing is not even confirm..You have to stay 5-6 or more hrs extra as per the work without getting any benefits..Rude and helpless HR department ..They will not take any mails from your side seriously. No office culture ..No other office atmosphere. Worst experience. It is better to get a new job rather having a increment (2-3%) highest. For pune office , nothing is here to entertain yourself..Even you have to pay for you tea and snacks expenses. Eagerly waiting for any change. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
