All are non technical and non professional so you feel like you are intelligent. There is zero system for work. So all are hand up for their work responsibility.

Dislikes

Top management = zero Corruption in top management = High Top management are enjoying and fully currepted and they target bottom and middle lines for all failure. Politics, groupism, parsality, spoonism are on extreme level. They fired person on the name of performance, but they are fail as leaders. Owner are good but they give their company to currepted people. They all are robb the company and owner are sleeping. Out of 10/2
