Job security is good but salary was not good it's very low amount to serve in society. Appraisal also so cheap. Job timing is good work environment also

I am un happy with the salary part to serco bpo it's very lesser amount per monthly salary 8k to9 only it's not possible to serve this amount. Wen you hiring a employee management check a pay slab your company.your employee are happy either not because fast property your employer than management. Serco appraisal very much dissappointed its very low appraisal. Organization believes in politics .

There is nothing to like about serco. Complete infrastructure is corrupted by a** licking pests. Team leaders, managers, HR team don't give a damn about working environment. And if you are looking for appraisal or promotion then you have to be someone's pet.

...ment office where you need to go round and round for getting a single task done. And once you left the company forget about your pending salary and pf funds.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year..

Serco BPO is one of the fast growing company.This bpo is suited across of india like as USA,Canada.

This BPO is growth is slow.No any provide bonus in our national holiday and Indian festivels,like as Deewali ,Holi.Serco BPO is not provide any bonus incentives as per employee performance.

It is a good place to work and groom an individual however the growth is limited.. salary package is lessand on the name of appraisal all you get is.100 rs but for freshers this is a good place to work. if the management leave their personal thoughts aside.. and only think wat is good to generate more revenue.. then Serco will be the best place to work
