There is nothing to like about serco. Complete infrastructure is corrupted by a** licking pests. Team leaders, managers, HR team don't give a damn about working environment. And if you are looking for appraisal or promotion then you have to be someone's pet.

Serco BPO is one of the fast growing company.This bpo is suited across of india like as USA,Canada.

This BPO is growth is slow.No any provide bonus in our national holiday and Indian festivels,like as Deewali ,Holi.Serco BPO is not provide any bonus incentives as per employee performance.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I learned more from the serco but salary appraisal was not good that's the reason as well my prosess also transfer to thane and they was told about travelling but they were not giving and incentives also stop as well attendance incentives also stopped i like the company environment if they will recruit me i will join immediately..

...NGER IS ALLOWED IN OFFICE. CAREER GROWTH IS VERY EXCELLENT IN CALLING KNOWLEDGE. SALARY IS AVERAGE IN OFFICE. TRAVEL FACILITY IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN REMOTE area employees by office cab.
