2 weeks salary deduction after joining. No requirements to work on. LinkedIn RPS shared by 4 people. Client handling skills are very poor. Don't even know how to take or coordinate with senior people. One of the worst experiences I have faced so far.

...ud company.They ate up my FNF settlement amount. Pathetic HR’s and Management. Don’t join this company here is no job security, no salary hike and no incentive policy. Do not spoil your career to join this company.

...ob security, any time management and HR will throw you out without prior notice. Also they will keep your 1 month salary + retention amount + notice period salary also "Fraud Company". They do scam in the name of retention amount while joining the company they will deduct your 3 weeks salary. That retention amount also you will not get. HR Dialogues- Before removing you from company HR and TL will call you in skype that "We are not going to terminate you so It's better you do resign, send me resignation letter by EOD. After that if you asked any questions to HR then her reply "you should be happy that we are not going to terminate you." This is the way she threat you. She only say that you will get your FNF settlement after 45 days but that amount and letter also you will not get. After 45days days you have to keep follow-up with HR and Management but they will never response you in mail or chats or calls. They will mentally harass you. 5. Some Team Lead without your knowledge start to recording your call. You will notice late, because in the middle of conversation she started to record your personal or professional discussion. 6. Micro management by team leads. She always give you stress and rudely talk. 7. Too much politics in this company, never suggest you to join here. Before join here please check company details in Government website.

... The best part of this company is that it gives us an exposure like nobody else. Work life balance is great and the benefit package is better than normal. Deep inside I love my work.

Yes I liked and really happy to work. My team is very much supportive they are with us all the time whenever we are in need.keep helping and hope we grow together as will with all the new challenges and task to complete among us.

We should have a portal we all the company employees are mention as per there employee Id with all the details and were we can se all the company information as will as like over leave update, holidays, attends all this thing. Please i request you to create so that we can follow the protocol.
