The management policy is employee working on some project they are getting salary, without project the company does not make any things about employee care. In covid period we are facing too much of struggles and also high level management pressure imposition to employee.

Worst company to work for. Don't pay the salaries on time. Salary date is on 5th of every month. If 5th falls on Friday, then it will extend to next Monday. The reason given is, CEO not available to sign the chque. There are scenarios where the salaries are not paid. Associates are expected to work daily for 12 hrs minimum, Including weekends and holidays with no holiday allowance. We will be asked to travel to Kerala office, for which we need to look after our expenses. Company will not pay or delay the payments when we claim. Not worth for even a single "star".
