Very good policy, good Behaviour from all senior Management.

I am working from last 8 year but my salary is very low. If someone working is in other companies and they switched from there to here they are getting good CTC. If you are working in good location and if your assign branch and branch manager is good so you can get promotion but if you not working in good location or your assign branch is not good it's very deficit to get promotion.

management is not so good,specially our managers always threatning for resign and salary hold.company needs to fix this kind of problems for their employee to work with full motivation

...al alliance. The manager are not supportive everything you have to do your own . Always threatened you have bad impression how can you survive you are not justifying your salary mentally torcher . Regional Head and Zonal Manager are also not supportive . Process are not organised . Called everyday evening to harash people.

Overall growth wise it's good company to grow and to earn but management is not goot . In my specific relationship almost 15 people resigned in 3 yrs . Pressure is too much no support. Management is also not supportive . You have to do of your own. They play with brand only .

The HR policies for employee , doesn't address our problems. Their is no work culture word in this company .

Even though the salary in this company is very less as per the work, the salary is paid on time.

In today's times, it is important to work to support my family properly, hence I give my 100% to this company so that someday my salary will increase but after working for more than 1 year, I am realizing that It is very difficult to move forward, here we have to work till late night due to which we are not able to give time to our family, and even after doing so much work, we get very low salary so that I cannot support my family properly. I don't know how to do it, even after working for more than 14 hours every day, I don't get any bonus also.
