No work life balance. The sales team pushes things like hell specially in the eastern region of the country. Third Saturday is a leave according to the company's leave policies but we don't get that leave.

Good for bigenners.. You will get promoted if you give oil to your senoirs only.. You've dobe the good work but the appreciation & peomotion will taken by others.. No future in this industry. You can start your career drom here.

Pay scale is too low compare to work load. Promortion criteria is also not good.. Do oiling everyday to get promoted only.

Not a place to start your career with. While hiring they will say many things about company but they don't have a proper structure of work. Half of the time there won't be any net connection in your branch.

Hr policy is very good of sbi life but Regional HR is Doll of Regional Director and Regional. Sbi life is a good Company like Government job for Back office employees like sales support, Operations department, Account Department, L&D Department and all Non Sales Employees. For Sales person QVP is Good if you have Good Branches and CIF

...e those persons who are working in other companies and switching multiple times. A New Employee can get salary more then those employees who are working here from last 8 Year. Due to state bank sbi life is working other there is no respect of sbi life. Promotion norm is very hard, Increment norms is very bed. Over all this company is only for Lucky person like if you got a great cif or branches a temporary staff can do business. Over all this is very bed company for sales person due to QVP people stay here if Company announced there is no QVP 80% of Employees will left this company.

Even though the salary in this company is very less as per the work, the salary is paid on time.

In today's times, it is important to work to support my family properly, hence I give my 100% to this company so that someday my salary will increase but after working for more than 1 year, I am realizing that It is very difficult to move forward, here we have to work till late night due to which we are not able to give time to our family, and even after doing so much work, we get very low salary so that I cannot support my family properly. I don't know how to do it, even after working for more than 14 hours every day, I don't get any bonus also.
