No promotion. Dirty internal politics. Less increment that too ratio of increment is more in variable rather than in hand salary. Lots of favouritism. HR and Admin are of no use. These people and other senior people think they owned the company. People from management want to set process but they won't follow the same. More preference is given to outsourced vendors rather than on roll employees.

During this Covid-19, SBI Life is very supportive & understands the situation well. SBI Life is allowing and encouraging it's employees to work from home, for the same company's IT team is providing all support and resources to make work from home convenient for all.

Career growth and opportunities are low. Compensation n Benefits are average.

Even though the salary in this company is very less as per the work, the salary is paid on time.

In today's times, it is important to work to support my family properly, hence I give my 100% to this company so that someday my salary will increase but after working for more than 1 year, I am realizing that It is very difficult to move forward, here we have to work till late night due to which we are not able to give time to our family, and even after doing so much work, we get very low salary so that I cannot support my family properly. I don't know how to do it, even after working for more than 14 hours every day, I don't get any bonus also.

...R profile like a puppet.Every single decesion are managed by higher authorities. No work and life balance, salary are on time but no increment very pathetic salary structure. No self respect. No work time. No emotion . Daily pressure. Vary vary bad 😭

I learnt about recruitment, business development, product knowledge, proper training, market identification, prospect screening everything... This base given me stronger now make my leadership skills, culture is very good, supportive operation staff, digital marketing services also digital payment security is one of d best function. I like learning, build relationships with my team, products and culture.

Dislikes

It's issue about low salary, holiday weekend not allowed, some seniors behaviour very rude and harrasment. Company HR not responded after leaving job, some manager HR not understanding what is situation about employee. Very badly speak in front of our team, ts hurt.
