...like whole universe has fallen on his head. Completely client and money focused. He will terminate the employees, he will threaten the employees to hold the salary not to pay the salary. HR is waste to be here instead of employees CEO can terminate the whole HR team. His behaviour will affect the employees mental health He and HR does not think about this.

President/Ceo has lot of anxiety issues, he always demands for reports which needs to be done in short duration, even he can't do it in that duration, totally clients focused, don't care about the employees. He disagrees the employees ideas & give useless promises to clients which makes employees suffer, Even for small mistake he acts like whole world fell on his head. HR is like no use at all.
