...en stay away from this company.IBM gives only the joining hike and nothing else. There is no Bonus and no salary hike. No monetary motivation. But here the management treats you with almost respect. Hardly seen any Manager shouting on floor etc.Work is relaxed and smooth. In some projects even Assistant manager or manager also need to do processing.

Job is safe in IBM, work culture is average in some of the projects, as we need to work more than 12 hours a day. Regarding management, some of the managers in IBM does micro management and tortures employee which leads to resignation. Companies policies are not employee friendly.

...h is slow here. People who are good at buttering have bright career growth here. Salary hike has not happened in the past 3 years. Travel allowances will be provided by IBM, however managers doesn't allow us to apply that. Internal politics is more here. Learning opportunities in the tool are good. Work environment in my team is pathetic. No personal touch in the team. Managers only want work from us and don't ask for our personal problems.

No Growth, No Salary hike, Cheap politics, Inefficient HR, Top Management lacks vision only politics.. Good Talented people does not have career progression. manager does not fit to be a people manager and they don't help

Varied exposure. Due to lack of budget management will get most of the high end task done by you thereby increasing the exposure.

...agement i worked with was not skilled and GA was managed by PTP and OTC leaders Bad pay - increments and perks are really bad Office politics - no value for work if you are good at dancing or singing or anchoring management might favour you. If you are good at work they will drill you. Management company - there is no HR so the rule of manager is final. I witnessed few harassment casses wherein a female employee was abused by manager and on her complaint there was no action. No promotions - there is no 18 or 24 month criteria. Even if you are top rater they at first will make false promises of promotion and later will reject your promotion. Self centered management - the management is so self centered they even jeopardize the careers of innocent. I witnessed few cases where people were asked to resign or else threatened to be given PIP. No formal documentation of roles and responsibilities also even sometimes they mislead org chart or hierarchy. Delayed FNF - management is unaware about FNF policy or relieving formalities which result in delay of FNF. My FNF is pending for more than 2 months and after several escalations i get no resolution. Micro management and pathetic work life balance with no wfh policy. I had to fight with management to allow my team to take 1 wfh a week.

...en you attain certain exp and post. In Concentrix skill development is best . When compare with both companies you get both things salary and skill development at same time.

Dislikes

No HR aligned to project so for some employees it’s disadvantage as you have to sort all your problem with people manager. But for me things are perfectly fine ..
