I love the fact that I have been part of this company for 6.5 years and would say it's a very good Company to work with. It has a global clients base as a result I got to travel abroad but on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and clients location. Another plus point is that my colleagues are from different cultural backgrounds and we happily work in collaboration. I also like the employees re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is nice but you need unique skills to get fast growth. Managers do respect and value an individual👤 strength. I do receive appreciations from my clients but they mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisal.

...t shift job company's doesnt provide any night shift allowance to the employees. The salary provided by the company is very very less for survival in the world where tomatoes cost 230rs per kg. Its hard to feed single person in 21,700 per month .

...e own egos. This is the reason for large number resignations in samuel process. You will be made to work for 12-15hr without extra pay and no holidays. They make you do the work of other people who are there favorites and still Criticize you for not doing work. Just because of the incapable management, the process is suffering and might go back soon. They forcing employees to come to office and do 13hrs shift without extra pay by giving silly security excuses. They have a call centre like environment and favourism and criticisim is very very high due to egoistic management.

Dislikes

Just DONT join. No work life balance,, No bonus, No growth, very high Criticizm and incapable management in PTP gurgaon branch.
