The Company is open to accept challenges in its field, and the company is diversifying and entering into various other sector. Company is rapidly expanding its base into different parts of India. It has huge potential to growth.

Company is decent with respect to compensation and growth. There is no much scope to improve the skills & expertise in the company. Management is willing to develop the company on paper, but there is no planning and management from base line which makes the work culture haphazard. Leaves are minimal. There are no employee welfare activities at all with respect to Leave, Cafeteria, transport, soft skill training and health insurance.
