The scope of development in latest technologies is just awesome here. Ample trainings are provided.

...nior professionals who have given the company the name that it stands for, now. Salary and compensation benefits are equally awful for average performer, and the top class performers are limited to just 20-30% of the overall company population. So, on one hand they just put an upper limit on the number people who can top rank and on the other hand they treat disrespectfully to average performers in terms of salary and compensation.

Not related to company specially, But always it is the bosses and managers and sometimes boss of the boss who never promotes hard and smart working employees and supports the buttery chamchas. Also being a MNC, Korean bossss were great in understanding the skills of employees and as usual Indian employees never supports everyone for onsite, awards and promotions.

If someone joining in Payroll i suggest you please do not join Samsung Electrics Payroll Team. There is person so called “Bhalu” he is working here since last 14-15 years and thinks Samsung is running only due to him. And his boss - “Manuj Nangaim” he is “ Dhritarashtra” he thinks his job is safe due to “Bhalu” Somehow is right also. But he needs to review why payroll team is not stable. Here is the list now :- 1. No job security. 2. no work life balance. If there is any option yo upload the proofs then i will defiantly upload. 3. No learning. 4. No appreciation for good work. 5. Bla bla

The brand name is the only good thing about this place but the cost to get it is too high

...re of corporate slavery and zero empathy towards employees and their well being. No work life balance (even on weekends), strictly logins with salary deduction provisions, (n) number of redundant reviews for which they won't even give you prep time. Avoid this company at all cost, if you really want to learn and progress in an open minded company. The processes internally are so bad that they will stop your growth and rate you subjectively basis your visibility to your bosses rather than objectively basis achieved numbers. Pro-tip: In case you consider them for whatever reason, do not put down papers in your current company until you're double sure. The divisional HRs here have a habbit of revoking offers last minute after having full blown discussion on remuneration and rolling out LOI. They deserve hell.
