I am 24, So confused about my career. Currently working as a Python Django Developer from 2.5 years, I have completed B.sc Cs, Current Ipa 3lpa, am the fastest learner but Whatever I do in my work, I'm not getting results which makes me irritated. Please help me in my career.

Hello this is Mrutyunjoy Sinha 26 (M) working in a customer care company from last 2 and a half year. But the problem is there is no salary hike and no promotions no matter how much hard work you do. Notice period negotiation
I resigned from my current company a couple of days ago. I have a 90 day notice period. I tried to negotiate it with my manager of the current company, asking to release early as the new company has early requirements and also on a medical ground basis, but my manager is not agreeing. I tried to talk with the HR of my current company. HR is ready to give the "buy out" option and I am also ok with it. But for the "buy out" to happen, HR needs something officially written from my manager that I do...
I know people who work for even more hours, travel 30-40km daily, listen to their boss daily, and still earn less than this!

I been at my company for 6M and I feel like I am achieving nothing
I been at my company for 6 months I am working everyday..but I feel like I am achieving literally nothing,I feel empty and frustrated working here. I don't think my company knows what's there vision is, the management doesn't work properly it's gonna be almost 10 months to the company and they still can't figure out the basic every month they try something new recently they changed our contracts for example..ik start ups are like this but this is too much
