Likes

Salary is less but you will feel comfortable in your role. Indian offices of Samsung don't do much good work. The South Korean office does most of the good work.

... manager will be technically very strong and always support in technical growth. Still if you want a handsome salary and you are good in coding, you can easilly survive.

Dislikes

management policies is very very poor ,office politics, low compensation, not much to learn and not good for career growth, showoff by lot of employees for their work but actually they do just nothing or very less brain and challenging work.

Samsung is very Excellent with support of their employees. Samsung is providing all ppe to protect not only from covid-19 but also from other deseas. I m very thankful to the samsung with facility and others things. Thank u samsung

See if you working under company pay roll then there is a growth,salary increase, learning, skills improvement and there will good company culture but people are working on 3rd party payroll and they're working like dead body just coming for money that's it nothing else....

Everything...to dislike. they doesn't even care if you leave and go I don't want blame management because they're also helpless because doesn't work like others if they had FDI in India like apple then people would a got everything what others provide
