If someone joining in Payroll i suggest you please do not join Samsung Electrics Payroll Team. There is person so called “Bhalu” he is working here since last 14-15 years and thinks Samsung is running only due to him. And his boss - “Manuj Nangaim” he is “ Dhritarashtra” he thinks his job is safe due to “Bhalu” Somehow is right also. But he needs to review why payroll team is not stable. Here is the list now :- 1. No job security. 2. no work life balance. If there is any option yo upload the proofs then i will defiantly upload. 3. No learning. 4. No appreciation for good work. 5. Bla bla

But for the pay, nothing is good. No work life balance. Have to work from 10.00 a.m to 11.30 p.m daily with a day's off between Monday to Thursday. No family life at all. Never seen such a work culture in my 24 years of Corporate experience

Work culture and working system and its process were so strong.

Dislikes

The worst salary standard compared to other OEMs. Even Samsung's vendor companies provide higher salaries than Samsung. Saturday working and 10 hours every day, which includes all breaks and working hours, leads to a bad work-life balance. I'm just giving a review for the Samsung Electronics Chennai plant, not for the Noida plant.

Job security is a very good positive point. Salary is satisfactory I would say. A lot of benefits are given to the employees like company transport, food, medical checkups, gym, consultation with dieticians, therapists etc. Employees get to work on business trips overseas.

Dislikes

...chnology over and over. The increment and promotions are also a negative point. Increment in salary is very less and promotions take a lot of time. The upper management is also of old mindset like asking about every little things etc.

1.Salary & Promotions 2.No HR in this company instead they have ER team(Employee Relations) which are basically10th Passed Operators promoted to Engineer category. They do not know even ABCD of HR and their role, you can never expect their help on any occasions whether it is Mediclaim, Present Role, Promotion, Cafeteria Food, Harrassement etc.
