Good work environment and good teammates .Management is well organised .The most good thing I like in samsung that they celebrate each activity in very organised way .Company policies are fair and good . Good bonus is given to employees when they achieve the targets .

See if you working under company pay roll then there is a growth,salary increase, learning, skills improvement and there will good company culture but people are working on 3rd party payroll and they're working like dead body just coming for money that's it nothing else....

Everything...to dislike. they doesn't even care if you leave and go I don't want blame management because they're also helpless because doesn't work like others if they had FDI in India like apple then people would a got everything what others provide

Job security is very good here. Top management is full of Koreans and the compensation compared to other companies is very good. They have a very strict security.

Work life balance is very bad. Too much politics going on. Work environment can be improved. Career growth is poor.

...rked in Samsung authorized Service Center and and i can say it was satisfactory. Only one thing that i want to say that salary is too minimal and it should be increase. Good Company and Good Seniors always provides support.

One thing that i had seen that Company provides permanent job mostly for Service technician, permanent job opportunity for CCO is too minimal.

Work culture and working system and its process were so strong.

The worst salary standard compared to other OEMs. Even Samsung's vendor companies provide higher salaries than Samsung. Saturday working and 10 hours every day, which includes all breaks and working hours, leads to a bad work-life balance. I'm just giving a review for the Samsung Electronics Chennai plant, not for the Noida plant.
