One of the leaders mentioned in a all hands meet that they absurdly hired 35000 people around the world with no business logic and now they are freezing hiring and cutting down on cost...their share value dropped over 30% since Jan 2022 untill May 2022...slides from $215 to $150.

Dislikes

New acquired companies have not been able to live upto Salesforce expectations and so Salesforce management is cutting cost now

Pay is good, wellbeing reimbursement along with free food.

Dislikes

Their leadership and upper management. Also there is so much of unnecessary team politics. And the work is very redundant, nothing much to learn in analytics side of Salesforce. Just keep completing those stakeholders requirements without knowing why are we doing it.

Likes

The facilities they provide for their employees are exceptional. They have designated salary ranges for each position. If you get a role, they will offer you compensation within that range, regardless of your current package.

Dislikes

Getting promotions can be extremely difficult. Your total years of experience hold little value. If the interviewer likes you, you might secure a high position with minimal experience. Conversely, if the feedback is unfavourable, you might end up in a low position despite having extensive experience.

There is no other company i feel that provide benefits and salary like salesforce. There is work life balanced in company. Company values for their employee

I feel it's very challenging to get promoted in this company

1. Skill development and career development. 2. Salary is on higher side compare to other companies. 3. Other then work there are various teams which you can join, which are working on various social causes and organise regular events. 4.so far I have met great people who are always ready to help and are experts in their domain. 5. You can do all salesforce certification for free and without any worry that company will ask for payment if you will leave your job. 6. Completely streamlined salary and tax process. 7. only 30 days notice period. 8. No layoffs in consultancy so far unless you are really bad at your job.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance and everything depends upon the project you are in. There are fair share of Good as well as Bad Projects here. Although you learn a lot usually when you are in Bad project but your life can become hell. 2. You don't get Shares as part of your package on roles STC and below. You can purchase your own though. 3. These days they are cutting cost on everything so appraisal are average but still better then other consultancy companies.
