Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Our electrical field supervisor is helping us and drilling department is very good.

...saipem Saudi Arabia project HR DEPARTMENT have too much power all corrupted. I worked in 8 months continue 12 hours without brack on rig side our company cut 40%salary no over time no extra money. After when I come back home they provide only 3 month basic salary and January to still company don't give anything money. I stand bye at home I mean ready to join but they don't reply and only playing with me. So I m very Despointe from our department and hr. Department of saipem. Saipem is good company in the world. But Saudi Arabia project is bull shiet because of hr department all Kerala in this department.

Almost lose the job. Financially got so many problems in home. We are not sure continue get job in sapiem. But if not this situation we survive in our family. Sapiem gave us job continuesly .but now quarantine. After we don't no how future. Management support very good as per contract. For me until now satisfied with sapiem to improve my life. Thanks for supporting on my work environment.
