I was a contractual employee in saint gobain.I worked as a technical associate for almost 2 years in saint-gobain.From these 2 years it was a wonderful year for me and my career also.Still now i wanna be a part of Saint-Gobain.

...d be a permanent employee in Saint-Gobain.There was no rule in Saint-Gobain R&D.He also lied in salary package.Saint Gobain is a wonderful company if you are a permanent employee.

35% of already low CTC is Variable pay which is daylight robbery and shows lack of trust in their own employees and management insecurity. Attrition rate is huge due to bad management(insecure employees badmouth about collegues and management seems to reward them)and and less salary.

Some Managers are Worst in Regional-IT & INDEC4.0 teams. Managers with no team managing skill. Not listening to team members problem. Managers Implementing their own vision without listening the team's input. Finally blaming the team for the obvious worst outcome. No proper welcome kit to employee

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
