Those who excel at pleasing the manager, even by cooking good bindi fry, are considered suitable to lead the purchase department, regardless of their knowledge of procurement or the materials they handle. 2. I was a contractual employee in saint gobain.I worked as a technical associate for almost 2 years in saint-gobain.From these 2 years it was a wonderful year for me and my career also.Still now i wanna be a part of Saint-Gobain.

The only thing is UDS (updater services) is a third party contractor in saint gobain.The Hr from this contractor lied a lots of things while in my interview process.He told me that after 2 years i would be a permanent employee in Saint-Gobain.There was no rule in Saint-Gobain R&D.He also lied in salary package.Saint Gobain is a wonderful company if you are a permanent employee.

Work Life balance is okay

Dislikes

35% of already low CTC is Variable pay which is daylight robbery and shows lack of trust in their own employees and management insecurity. Attrition rate is huge due to bad management(insecure employees badmouth about collegues and management seems to reward them)and and less salary.
