No Value for the Experienced professionals. HR Manager Blabbers rules which ever he feels because, there is no proper alignment in the process. Non In the company know about the Hierarchy cycle, and experience levels to achieve them. "HR Manager decides the designations to the employees." Recommending all to know the exact break-up before you join. Make sure it is in the mail. HR Manager tries to Blabber and at the next moment he turns his back never trust his words. there is no space for your personal / Family space, if you are working under HR manager Directly.
