One of the worst companies i had worked. No employee support from Hr . Full of tamilians biased company. Bunch of retired people not having technical knowledge running the shows using idiotic policies. No proper hike. No transparency in rating

I highly do not recommend this company. No salary growth. No onsite opportunities. Fully tamilians biased company

Good annual full body checkup for employees and their family

Dislikes

Recruiter promised that I will be receiving the entire variable pay for the first year but I received only for a month and from second month I have not even received 50 percent. No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . Every project have 3 managers (reporting manager, service managers, who will be part of HCL for 10 or 15 years ) , and who used to micromanage to an extreme, they will ask you to work on company holiday and they won’t approve your comp off or Pay for the holiday. Once the project is stabilised , they will release the highly paid resource to the bench

HCLTECH is a good company to work with. The work-life balance is good, but it depends on the project/account. The work atmosphere is good.
