...ing good packages but in sagility very low package they are giving to employees. Minimum salary package is best and then automatically the company will be in a top position.

I got genuine and beloved friends while working in Sagility and they were really helpful to survive in this company.

They asked us to work even in holidays but they didn't credit the OT amount on time and the salary hike was not good.

But the worst part of being in this organization was the team with whom I worked. The manager itself was the worst guy to work with. Internal discrimalination was going on within the team by quality team. Quality team marked us for no reasons and their friends were not marked and informed about the correction offline and we were directly marked online. This was the first organization were I see that managers taking meetings in regional languages n explaining topics in regional languages. What are we supposed to do who are not familiar in their languages. And the main reason for leaving the organization is because or the discrimination done between colleagues from same state and different states. We being outsiders wer just marked for our performance for no reason n the people from same state were appreciated even after not working. Work life balance was hell out in office..worst manager ranjith Mohan and quality teammates sowmya diwakar, Zenith Mary and sridevi. I repeat worst decision of my life to be apart of the team MA - grievance. My name was spoiled in the organisation for anythng still cannot get out from it till now. It has disturbed me completely. Cannot focus on my career from them. Anyone joining in the organisation please make sure you check if u r hired or grievance. If yes than I suggest you better not join. That team will literally spoil your entire future.

...e no issues to the job. WFH is easy to get but it's a disadvantage to employees. Salary on time. Basic process learning as every company do. No other reason to like the company.

Dislikes

Leaves, personal rights to claim something. Working hours extend up to 10 or 12 hours killing work life balance. Make us to work on weekend and everyday extending compulsory ( based on process you are in ) they act as professionals but they are not. Work for few years and join the politics you will rule hell lot of politics. 0 growth opportunities no skill development etc.
