Nothing. You will regret joining the company from first day. They do not pay salary on time. They pay salary usually 2-3 weeks late. Some employees are asked to take salary in cash so that they can avoid paying taxes/ PF/ Medical Benefits.

Everything. Major hygiene issues at the work place. The office is untidy at all times. No scope for promotions or salary increase. They do not provide pay slip until to beg them for it.

Fraud CEO. Never pay salary for employees properly. And steal the employees money by threatening.

Fraud CEO. Be aware of this company, Anmol Chhoriya says Mr. Arun Jainb from Polaris is his invester and he will not pay the salary and will tell us that company is in great financial problem.

Fake company. Hire and terminate employee once the company gets the desired business. This is done by Mr. Anmol Chhoriya (director), Mr.Pranav Tripathi (vp-sales), Mr.siddhart banarjee (hr-manager)

Not good anything, Nothing for employee, they always thought for company not for employee, Every policies is not good for employee. Even not giving the bonuses which are already documented or even known to company also. Even not proper documentation of employees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base too. The company gives great opportunities to every performer in the company by giving them new challenges. The work life balance is good enough. Company lacks a good culture though.
