No process, they don't hire seniors as they have to provide good package. All the works are carried out by in experienced freshers. They don't care to provide training to them. There is no job security, I got relieved Immediately with out any notice. In final settlement they don't provide the final salary i deserved. So i had to continuously reminding and argue with them to get that. The CEO is pure evil, there is a pure discrimination in the organization as I don't speak in their native language I could feel that. They made an employee harassment allegations which have no truth in it, without any enquiry I was forced to send out an apology letter.

Lack of proper training and support for new employees.CEO has a highly authoritative management style. Preference is shown toward employees from specific language backgrounds. High expectations without adequate resources.
