I am happy to work with TCS joined 7 months ago and got into development project in the very beginning. Getting tp learn lot of things. If you leave the company you cannot join back. Pro: 1. Never need to worry about job security. 2. Freshers get good learning curve good projects available in the company. 3. Supportive seniors makes our journey as a cake walk in the company.

Dislikes

1. Cannot get good hike. 2. Colleagues from other companies gets far more salary than compared to TCS.

Collegues, and company cultyre of TCS should be the benchmark in IT sector. And there is always to learn something, from collegues, management, or by ourselves. Job security is excellent.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits doesn't do any good, as per industry standards. Appraisals and peomotions also at mercy of managers only.

Work culture is amazing. Work life balance is also great. But with someone like me who needs work and wants to constantly learn, tcs wasn’t the place to start. It’s good for mid level careers, not for freshers.

Dislikes

No hikes, no motivation, no appraisals, shit salary. Failure to recognize true potential from right employee

Work life balance is completely based on your project. If you are lucky you'll be peaceful with your work. Infrastructure is good

Dislikes

No learning opportunities. Promotions are often withheld for no reason. No salary benefits and negligible hike. Some projects dont even appreciate your hardwork.

I get to learn different skills by having unlimited access to udemy and learning access also I do not have an ego to work in development. So when I was released from first project I got support role which then transitioned to kafka project

Dislikes

Promotions and Hikes are invisible. It's based on pure luck If you get a promotion, in-hand salary gets increased in very slow manner.
