They do micro management, hire intern in bulk , and make them permanent on low pay, make u work on Saturday some times. Extreme work pressure. And they celebrate women's day(just for showoff) and do cake cutting after most of women went home at 7.45, out of 9hr 8.30hr you can't move accept going to washroom.

Great company to work if you want to learn and upskill. Work is not limited to jd. Can go beyond, pitch in ideas, strategies, work and learn. Flat hierarchy.

Dislikes

Salary & Benefits not very competitive. Things change too quickly. Roles & Responsibility may not be scoped out. May have to work long hours if required.

All organization is very much supportive. In this organisation we can learn more technology, new technology means we can enhance our knowledge.

Toxic people, team politics is always,Team Lead is not supportive anymore, toxic work culture 😤 no growth here, no promotion no increment 😤 dont join this company , salary also less here . The team leads who people are handling HDFC bank project, worst , no encouragement , no support , nothing. Think before join here !!!

To be honest, i believe this is the best platform for people to work. But I don't know why? When a person from BCD coming for an interview why not you are considering their candidature? Person from BCD Travel (manager operation) who appointed as a Recruiter, got terminated from ABB Group and BCD Travel, Asking for money, Cheating people, Updating bad reviews on the candidate's profile and.
