I got Good manager.

Dislikes

They do micro management, hire intern in bulk , and make them permanent on low pay, make u work on Saturday some times. Extreme work pressure. And they celebrate women's day(just for showoff) and do cake cutting after most of women went home at 7.45, out of 9hr 8.30hr you can't move accept going to washroom.

Great company to work if you want to learn and upskill. Work is not limited to jd. Can go beyond, pitch in ideas, strategies, work and learn. Flat hierarchy.

Office politics Leaders have no clear vision about if we are a product company or a service company Everybody you talk to is either looking for another job or has already got another job or feeling depressed about not getting a new job.hence a very toxic work culture

I have faced challenges in receiving adequate support from my manager at Reward360. Unfortunately, the feedback provided has often been negative, involving comparisons with other team members and placing blame on me for arising issues. I believe an ideal manager should possess strong technical knowledge and decision-making skills, which, unfortunately, do not align with my current manager's strengths.
