There is nothing to like abou this company you can take long breaks because there will no1 in the office to ask you about it...because non of the management works in uk shift.

Dislikes

If you have habbit of licking the d... of your manager then you will get promations and hike even bonus too...never ask questions to your manager about the process if you do so your manager ego will get hurt and he will plan to remove you from the work. Even if you follow the correct process.

No work-life balance, i didn't see much of career growth, no appreciation for work, extended working hours, a person is always under a lot of pressure. This company is like an outbound BPO.
