Location of Renew plant in Dholera is pathetic. Very Remote area , No facilities available, a small village doesn't have nothing with poor mentality people, No Security of employees life.

Very top heavy, decision making is opaque and often becomes like working in a family business. Frequent chop and change in management (in the name of restructuring) and poor HR practises has led to the company become sluggish in the last few years.
