...ere, you are on your own and won't get any support from seniors or colleagues. Too much work and no perks or benifit over and above your salary. I was working 12 hrs on an average and was never given comp off nor I was paid for those extra hours. There is no such thing called work-life balance. Majority of the projects are short term. One day you are in one project and next day you are into another. The projects are not assigned based on your skill set and the worst part is they don't provide any hard skill or soft skill training before assigning you a project. The expect you to somehow know the skill set used in next project and show positive results from the same day, else you are on PIP and out of the company.

If you like audit, then the one satisfaction is you get is from the completion of each assignment. The learning there is good and the brand name is the best out of it.

...r a good sleep, work life balance will be a little worse during the closures. 3. Compensation could be better. It has been bad in my case as I'm compensated lesser than my co-workers.

Mentality to work beyond your office timing. Management expect you to work 12 hours but will salary for 8 hours.
