Yaha salary staff ki increase nahi hoti yaha aur yaha ke reliance retail ke jo employees hai Jo ki manager hai unhe kisi chiz ka pata nahi hai pramotion kabhi nahi hota pramotion ke naam par 1 exam dilate hai ussme bhi unki expectations ittni hai rahti hai English Mai baat Karo Hindi nahi sunge 1 CSA lavel ka employee jo mehnat se aage aaya hai uski koi values nahi hai aur saath mai bhar se aate hai usnki salary 20 se 25 rahti hai aur aur Jo 12 saal se kaam kar raha hai 100% de raha hai company Mai uski salary 10000 hi hai

The company is least bothered about their employees ' growth and development. They bring in people on immediate basis but when relieving they ask all sorts of reasons documented proofs and pay cuts. No recognition for the hard work and no other benefits apart from comp off. Issues in service keep prolonging thereby affecting customer satisfaction but the blame is put on advisors

Bht buri politics hai. New hiring nikalte rehte hain, kam salary me aur purane employee ko fraud karke nikal dete hain. Agr kisi employee ki salary jyada hai to use jbrdsti ki ztp dekar company se bahar kr dete hain. Jigar, vijay, vinay aur Rakesh in logo ne pura process khrab kar rkha hai. Triple chat ka telecom process hai. Agr aap kuch problem btao to inka HR Clayton dhamkiyan deta hai ki job chali jaye to mere aage mat gidgidana. Planned leave dete nahi hain aur unplanned leave agr aapne li 1-2 to pip dakar job se nikal dete hain. Trust me on this life ka sabse worst experience aapko milega agr aapne join kr li. Aap is company ko join krke depression me jaoge hi jaoge. Ek rs ki facilities nh dete. Na koi gift, na bonus, na voucher. Sabse ghatiya company hai- Reliance. Aap mar bhi rh hoge to bolenge ki apni arthi par lete huye ki pic do tb FNF krenge.
