Only thing I like is the salary part....it's credited exactly on 5th of every month.

-0 work-life balance -dont think it's a reliance subsidiary so job is secured... recently company forced more than 45 sales officer to resign because company denied to pay salary.Also told that otherwise company will terminate employees. - Daily meeting which are completely unnecessary and no timing sense they arrange meetings whenever they want even at night 9-10:30 pm - Don't expect promotion here -The worst thing is the HR they won't respond to your call or text unless you are a manager - unnecessary deduction from salary like 2200 insurance per month...like seriously ? If any problem occurs then everyone will give advice but no one will help you.

Great working culture.Reliance provides proper training and gives proper time to develop your productivity without creating pressure on employees.

...dislike anything in Reliance company because i worked for Reliance for 7 years . Reliance provides me salary in covid 19 lock down.I am a loyal Reliance executive because our company is also loyal for employees.I am hunting job in Reliance again.

There is so much workload I feel when I was working at Reliance. Salary pay is very low compare to other retail industries.

Reliance is a good company he used to get help from my seniors and always got to learn new things etc.

Here the salary does not increase and there is no promotion, here only the senior works, which belongs to his servants.

Company ka pressure k hisab se Salary nahi deti or koi promotion nahi hoti. Old employees ko Salary badhati nahi hai. New employee ko jyada salary deti hai...to purane Jo employees hai...unki dill Tut jati hai working me...me bahat hard working tha...but ye sab dek k sahi nahi laga.
