Supported employees during pandemic from free vaccination to giving free treatment if covid positive. Proper product training with trainers were also good.

...hip. No freedom of speech. Too much work pressure. Worst management by managers. Salary is equal to nothing. Incentive policy and parameters are worst.

Reliance is an amazing company. Helped a lot during pandemic situation. Gave free vaccination to all the employees. Process and facilities given by reliance is very good but management seems working for themselves only not according to the company's rules and norms.

Dislikes

1) very low Salary compared to industry standards and in this times of inflation era and lot of work. 2) growth is very low. 3) increment are jokes. 4) Improper management system. 5) No feedbacks are taken seriously 6) Hired for sales associate but you are expected to do every other irrelevant works as well. 7) no over time pay. 8) Management's only focus is sale doesn't Focuses on analysing problems and rectifying it. 9) management might take advantage of your helplessness situation. 10) Forced to do anything at anytime (can't say No) 11) lack of resources. 12) Only concentration is to achieve parameters for insentive.

...brand name bigger but actually Mr. Ambani take benefit of indian unemployment. They do more work and pay less amount. Only show off from outside but actually no manner to superior employees how to behave junior employees.they always miss behave I never would like to go in this company in future. Poor

...enefits are excellent. On-job training & inductions are interesting & excellent. Salary gets credited on month-end & in time. Lots of learnings and creative team keeps me motivated throughout. Love to be a part of the RBL family with all lovely experiences.

...s a friendly fun-loving ambience to work. Yearly appraisals are not good at all. Salary gets credited on month-end, however pay is very less compared to working standards. The top-level management is not too much effective in taking decisions at the right time. The management promised to launch a career-enhancing programme long back but yet not launched. On-job training & inductions are excellent. Overall experience is good. Only reason of my dissatisfaction is very slow career growth.
