The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that lam part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion master of times.

Iam not a on roll employee , I worked same company 3Pl Employee , as a 3PL roll not good for the , because I worked since last 4years onward, I don't gave salary hike on last 4 years onwards it not a good .

Proper Work Life Balance ,along with Salary benefits and most importantly Upgrading Employees Skils by trained them with appropriate Certification Courses and trainings

PF Policies are too Complicated. Existing Employees can't avail PF because of too much complications and Documentations which are even EPFO is not asking.

...vide any training and guidance about the work. its increment reshow is very low. its salary structure was not good. it does provide growth according to experience and seniority of the employee.
