Humiliated, job security is zero. If you work hard, you will kick out from job. Superior' process knowledge zero. HR department work like Rikshaw bala. At any time they call to employees to forcefully resign. If any one asking about resignation reason, they given warning as " if you not resign, we will terminate you as early as possible". So many politics are involved. Like If any one who is nearest or oil messaging to FCM/Cluster Manager/Regional manager, they felt save employee, even if they worked or not. No one is look after you in this type sector. Only monopoly working as going on. Sr person employed their relative in 3PL without knowledge or skilled even they disqualified at interview . If you say this, you will targeted for layoff list. Slang/Employee harassment is done on daily basis at site . Some employee came office with drink and other hazardous. If you say , you will targeted for layoff list. Sr person kept all Unloading charges money for his pocket, and produced it to management , as he spent to unloading labour, actually they used 3PL manpower to unload the material. If you say this, you will targeted for layoff. If any one resigned, want serve notice period, FCM advised to SLP not enter in office for that employee. I work in this company but everyone says it's a safe job but I don't think every company is secure job now for thish level and that company is not safe in future why you should go to that company even if you know it beforehand.I will say one thing only those who work understand what the company is... Reliance 👎👎.

The only bad thing about this company is that 70% of the work is done at nightshift. And putting extra pressure on the workers resulted in the suicide of an employee of Reliance Digital in West Bengal in the store .👎
