I never got get positive vibes with our cluster manager Mr Pranjith, there is no option to escalate our problem with higher officials. High level designation people are not good in the reliance jewellery SIS format, that's why people leaving the company. This is purely my opinion and experience
Reliance is the best platform for learning.
In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance.
The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.
The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary.
Whose work is good but salary is less?
Salary should be according to experience
There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.
Don't have any Incentives and salary very less as well compared to other employment, they provide good salary for the people don't know what work is. An poor salary for the people who are excellent in work

Nothing that great just big names and incomplete knowledge given to employees

And later torcher their employees after a longer period of time
When they want u on board they will not get into deeper details of the employee
Hierarchy is not followed
While the time of growth quarterly and annually there is no respectable appraisals given
Sales pressure at its peak
No work life and personal life balance
If the past there are terminated employees they are too hired back these is the worst part I have seen in any company
