I've been working as a CSA for an year now in Reliance Smart superstore. There's definitely good job security if we stay in the good books of the Store manager. Also we get a weekoff regularly. I've learnt a lot from the job by mingling with my Co workers and interacting with the customers. Gained valuable cash handling experience while on billing duty.

Dislikes

*Customer services associate is one of the lowest positions so you guessed it right the salary is low. *There is no proper shift timings being followed in some stores. I've been working for 11-12 hours for the past one year without OT benefits because of bad managers. *Frequent staff shortages. New joiners quit after seeing the tough work and long shifts in the first few days of joining. *They made CSA do All round work Loading stock and unloading stock from trucks and cleaning the stores using female CSA. *Bad language used by Store manager

I never got get positive vibes with our cluster manager Mr Pranjith, there is no option to escalate our problem with higher officials. High level designation people are not good in the reliance jewellery SIS format, that's why people leaving the company. This is purely my opinion and experience

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good salary hike and bonus every year

There is alot of politics and tha management doesn't address our issues . salary is decent but career growth is slow

There is not given salary on the basis of work load. In metro cities or some malls there is lot of entry of customers and heavy load there against in small town less customer entry no any work load but in both cases the is same

I would say, working in Reliance one feels secure about job n salary.

Dislikes

Though we have casual leaves and sick leaves provided by company but when we ask for one from our manager we are forbidden to take leave which ultimately means that we can't claim our rights provided by company
