1- Worst and toxic management (There should be -ve rating ) 2-Full dectatorship is going on 3- Salary structure is worst 4- -ve work life balance 5- No support from management 6- No proper training for outsiders who never did job in same process. Either hire from same department or else don’t ruin anyone’s career by hiring from different department and torture him/her Many more negative points are there

Reliance is the best platform for learning. In my time of 2.5 years, a lot has changed in my life mainly due to Reliance. The culture here is good, everyone works with teamwork.

Dislikes

The thing is that now I am relying on the issue of salary. Whose work is good but salary is less? Salary should be according to experience There is no promotion on time, very bad even after passing the exam.

Unprofessional Not on their words False commitment Hr department hires without any background check fake salary slips And later torcher their employees after a longer period of time When they want u on board they will not get into deeper details of the employee Hierarchy is not followed While the time of growth quarterly and annually there is no respectable appraisals given Sales pressure at its peak No work life and personal life balance If the past there are terminated employees they are too hired back these is the worst part I have seen in any company

...ed with latest technology. 3.Too much hierarchy. 4.No value to your opinion. 5.Salary structure is just worst. CTC looks big but in hand salary is very less. 6. 30% salary out of CTC is variable and other terms and condition form. 7. Direction less and confused reporting managers. 8. Employee exit rate is high. 9. No values to your loyalty long service.

Nothing to like, monopoly company and monarch hierarchy.

No salary hike/ increments even if you get A* rating which is the highest 30% salary is parked for performance linked incentive, but despite working really hard and achieving targets company can back step into not giving the PLI. No 360 degree feedback, your manager can decide your fate per his wishes but one cannot share feedback on their reporting manager. No one is to care even if somehow you express your concerns / grievance /sadness. Best not to prefer working with this atrocity.
